I'm skilled at writing for both digital and print channels. Take a look at some samples of my digital work and my print work.
I am currently a middleweight copywriter at Digital and Direct, an integrated creative agency. I work with several clients, including the agency's two biggest accounts - Sky and Lucozade.
Before this, I worked as lead copywriter at PartyGaming, the market-leading online gaming company. I took the creative lead on several of the company's projects, developing digital and print work across all their products - from poker to bingo and financial trading.

During my early agency years, I specialised in copywriting and content editing for arts and media clients. These included:
- The Libertines
- Poptones
- Jockey Slut magazine
- The NOW Festival
With the media sector being a changeable as it is, the sites I worked on have long since vanished into the ether as brands have moved on and agencies have folded.
Luckily, my favourite piece of work is still in existence: the print brochure for The NOW Festival 2003.
My work has always involved a strong element of social media and SEO. I've been content manager for several websites, have written blogs, Facebook pages and Twitter feeds for clients and am a dab hand at making copy as SEO-friendly as possible.
Editorial
My editorial career started when I set up Speakers Push the Air, an independent music website I developed for Agenzia, the integrated agency I worked for in Nottingham. I took it from start-up to cult hit, and won the Emap Fanzine Writer of the Year Award in 2005.
Time and tide have washed Speakers from the internet's beach, but here's what web guru Simon Collison (who I was lucky enough to work with) had to say about it back in the day.
